Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ednivo platform (https://ednivo.in) or enrolling in our Digital SAT preparation cohorts and tutoring services. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Educational Services
Ednivo provides online test preparation, diagnostic assessments, live group cohort instruction (Pro Program), and one-on-one private tutoring (Elite Program) specifically designed for the Digital SAT exam. Ednivo is an independent preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board.
2. Course Enrollment & Account Responsibilities
- Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of registration and receipt of applicable fees.
- Students are granted individual, non-transferable access to the student dashboard, practice banks, and live classroom links. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- For students under 18 years of age, enrollment and payment authorization must be conducted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum documents, diagnostic algorithms, question banks, Desmos strategy frameworks, class recordings, and analytical materials developed by Ednivo remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ednivo. Students are granted a personal, limited license to access materials for their private study. Reproducing, redistributing, or commercializing Ednivo materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Attendance & Code of Conduct
To foster an inspiring and focused academic environment:
- Students are expected to attend scheduled live classes punctually and actively engage in interactive problem solving.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unauthorized recording of peers during group classes will result in immediate suspension without refund.
- Rescheduling for 1-on-1 Elite sessions requires a minimum of 24 hours prior notice to the assigned tutor.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees are published on our pricing page and country portals in recognized local currencies (USD, SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, INR). Fees include full access to the specified cohort duration, question banks, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment partners.
6. Refund & Score Improvement Guarantee Policy
Refunds and cohort repeat guarantees are governed exclusively by our dedicated Refund Policy. To maintain eligibility for any score-improvement or satisfaction guarantee, students must meet defined academic commitment benchmarks (attendance and mock exam completion).
7. University Admissions Disclaimers
Ednivo provides test preparation strategies designed to maximize student SAT scores. However, Ednivo does not guarantee university admissions, scholarship awards, or specific selection quotas to any institution, including King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Aramco CPC, NYU Abu Dhabi, or US universities. Admissions decisions are made solely by the respective university admissions committees based on holistic application criteria.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ednivo and its educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, technical connectivity issues, or official test administration scheduling changes enacted by the College Board.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws, with due regard to international commercial standards and regional consumer rights in the student's country of enrollment. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly, good-faith mediation.
