This Refund and Guarantee Policy outlines our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, our 150+ Point Score Improvement Policy, and cancellation guidelines.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro Cohort)

All students enrolled in the Ednivo Pro Program (Live Group Cohort) are eligible for our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee starting from their official cohort launch date.

To qualify for a 100% refund within the 14-day window:

• The refund request must be submitted in writing to support@ednivo.in or through your dedicated student WhatsApp concierge within 14 calendar days of your cohort start date.
• The student must have completed the initial diagnostic assessment to establish a verified baseline.
• The student must have attended all live classes scheduled within that initial 14-day period.

Upon receipt of your request, refund eligibility is validated within 2 business days, and funds are returned directly to the original payment method.

2. 150–200 Point Score Improvement Guarantee & Free Cohort Repeat

For students who prepare with us from a baseline official or verified diagnostic score below 1350, we guarantee a minimum score improvement of 150 points (or a 200-point jump for baseline scores under 1200) on their next official College Board Digital SAT administration.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Verified Baseline: An official SAT score report or completed Ednivo full-length diagnostic assessment prior to cohort commencement.
• Attendance: Minimum 90% attendance across all live lecture modules and workshop drills.
• Practice Completion: Completion of at least 85% of assigned module homework and all 6 full-length proctored mock exams on the Ednivo testing portal.
• Official Test Date: The student must take the official College Board Digital SAT within 60 days of cohort completion.

Remedy:

If a student meets all eligibility criteria and does not achieve the target improvement on their official score report, Ednivo will provide free enrollment in the next upcoming live cohort or provide a complimentary 4-week targeted 1-on-1 booster module at zero additional cost until the goal score is achieved.

3. 1-on-1 Elite Program Refund Terms

Because the Ednivo Elite Program reserves dedicated 99th-percentile tutors exclusively for individual students, the following terms apply:

• Hours already delivered and conducted are strictly non-refundable.
• Any remaining, undelivered 1-on-1 tutoring hours can be cancelled at any time and refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to a standard 10% administrative and onboarding fee.
• To reschedule a scheduled 1-on-1 tutoring session, students must provide at least 24 hours prior notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed as delivered.

4. Processing Timelines & Currency

• Refund approvals are confirmed within 48 hours of formal written submission.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Mada, or bank transfer).
• Depending on your banking institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
• Refunds are processed in the exact currency paid (SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, INR, or USD). Ednivo is not responsible for foreign exchange rate fluctuations or third-party bank processing fees.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cohort Repeat

To initiate a claim, please submit an email to support@ednivo.in or message your Student Success Advisor with the following details:

• Student Full Name and Registered Email Address
• Cohort ID or Enrollment Invoice Number
• Reason for refund request or copy of official College Board Score Report (for score guarantee claims)
